Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial chillers, boilers, and related HVAC equipment.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to ensure peak system performance.
- Respond to emergency service calls with speed and professionalism.
- Work independently and efficiently while maintaining detailed service records.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to explain repairs and recommend long-term solutions.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working on commercial chillers and boilers.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair independently.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to be part of a rotating on-call schedule, we share the load fairly so everyone gets their time off.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Solid communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
