We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven professional with strong HVAC and plumbing experience to help us grow our commercial client base while maintaining long-term relationships built on trust and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve performance goals and annual targets.

  • Identify market potential and qualify new accounts.

  • Schedule appointments, deliver tailored sales presentations, and prepare detailed proposals and contracts.

  • Sell and renew service agreements and preventative maintenance memberships.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial clients, including property managers, building owners, and decision-makers.

  • Negotiate renewals and develop technical repair opportunities.

  • Track leads, sales forecasts, and follow-up activities to meet revenue goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and reports in coordination with management.

  • Stay informed on market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

  • Participate in weekly sales and market development meetings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of Commercial HVAC and Plumbing sales experience.

  • Proven technical understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems.

  • Strong initiative, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple sales cycles and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Must be able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work on rooftops/platforms as needed.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR; ability to pass a background check.

  • Local travel required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling service agreements or maintenance memberships.

  • Nexstar training or similar professional sales development a plus.

  • Strong negotiation, closing, and goal-achievement mindset.

  • Organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
